Ann Bridgewater, born in 1965 and occasionally known as Pak On-Lei (柏安妮), is a retired actress from Hong Kong. With a diverse heritage that includes British, Chinese, and Malay ancestry, she was raised in Hong Kong where she attended Christ Church Kindergarten, the Diocesan Girls' School, and King George V School.

Demonstrating her dedication and talent from an early age, Bridgewater won an ice skating competition when she was just thirteen. Her prowess in the sport led her to victories in the 1984 Singles competition in Dallas, as well as success in the Taiwan Pairs competition.

Despite being offered admission to Oxford University, Bridgewater chose to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, aspiring to become a film and music star in Hong Kong. She made her acting debut in the film "I Do" in 1985 and soon after, she formed a music group alongside Charine Chan, Bonnie Law, and May Lo.
