Frank Harper
Frank Harper, born in 1962, is a prominent British actor and film producer renowned for his portrayals of tough characters. He gained significant acclaim for his role as Billy Bright in the 2004 film *The Football Factory* and as Dog in the iconic 1998 film *Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels*. Harper's versatility is evident in his performance as a white nationalist in *South West 9* and as a bank robber in *Kevin & Perry Go Large*, a comedy directed by Harry Enfield. He also appeared in The Streets' music video for "Fit But You Know It" and portrayed real-life villain Jack Whomes in *Rise of the Foot Soldier*.
