Susannah Walker Wise is a talented English actress celebrated for her performances in both television and theater. She honed her craft at the esteemed London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, where she graduated in 1995. Wise gained significant recognition for her roles in popular television series, particularly in the long-running soap opera EastEnders and the critically acclaimed Channel 4 comedy Peep Show.

Her stage career is marked by notable performances in Christopher Shinn's thought-provoking play Where Do We Live and Nina Raine's acclaimed Rabbit. In addition to these works, she portrayed Rebecca Shaw in the Channel 4 series Derek and appeared in the final episode of the legal drama Kavanagh QC alongside the renowned John Thaw in 2001. More recently, in 2015, Wise took on the role of Sylvie in the chilling miniseries The Enfield Haunting, followed by her performance as Emily Helmsley in the 2020 episode "The Tower of Lost Souls" of Father Brown.

In addition to her acting accomplishments, Wise ventured into writing, releasing her debut novel, This Fragile Earth, in 2021, followed by her second novel, Okay Then That’s Great, in 2022.
