Mio Imada

Mio Imada is a multifaceted talent known for her work as a model, actress, singer, and former gravure model. Born on March 5, 1997, in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, she is currently represented by Content 3.

Imada's journey into the entertainment industry began at the age of 16 when she was discovered in Shintencho. Initially signed to the model agency CGE, she rose to prominence as the leader and center of the three-member group Sagemon Girls in 2016. By 19, she transitioned to Content 3, moving to Tokyo with aspirations of becoming an actress. Her film debut came later that year in the acclaimed short film "Kalanchoe," directed by Nakagawa Shun.

On November 7, 2018, Imada played the lead role of Miki in the LINE mystery game "koToro," which was accompanied by a promotional campaign featuring her. Her talent earned her recognition, winning the Yahoo! Search Awards in the actress category in December of that year.

In early 2019, she was named the face of the car service "Rabbit" and topped the "2019 next break rankings" on the news platform "Debut." She also made headlines by throwing the opening pitch at the Softbank Hawks vs. Seibu Lions game on March 29. Later, she became the ambassador for a WiFi router brand alongside Sato Jiro.

Since January 2020, Imada has been the campaign character for AOKI's Ladies Freshers. Her career reached a significant milestone on August 31, 2022, when she received her first "Best Actress" award for her role as Tanaka Maririn in the NTV drama series "Waru: Hataraku no ga Kakko Warui Nante Dare ga Itta?" at the 112th Television Drama Academy Awards.
