Jesse Adam Eisenberg, born on October 5, 1983, is a versatile American actor and filmmaker known for his compelling performances and creative storytelling. Over the years, he has garnered critical acclaim, earning nominations for two Academy Awards, three BAFTA Awards, and three Golden Globe Awards.

Eisenberg's on-screen journey began with the television series Get Real (1999–2000) before he made his mark in film with the lead role in Roger Dodger (2002). His career further flourished with notable roles in The Squid and the Whale (2005), Adventureland (2009), and the comedic horror hit Zombieland (2009). He achieved widespread fame for his portrayal of Mark Zuckerberg in David Fincher's The Social Network (2010), a role that earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor. His collaborations with Woody Allen, including To Rome with Love (2012) and Café Society (2016), showcased his range, while he also starred in the heist thrillers Now You See Me (2013) and its sequel.
