Seth Morris
Seth Morris, born on May 21, 1970, is a versatile American actor, comedian, and writer, celebrated for his recurring roles in various television series, including Go On, Happy Endings, The Hotwives of Orlando, The League, Kroll Show, and Childrens Hospital.
Morris embarked on his comedic journey after relocating to New York City, where he showcased his talent at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre as both an improviser and sketch performer. He eventually transitioned to Los Angeles, where he served for many years as the inaugural Artistic Director of UCB's Los Angeles branch. During this time, he was part of a four-member sketch group known as "The Naked Babies," alongside fellow comedians Rob Corddry, Brian Huskey, and John Ross Bowie. After leaving this role, Morris became the first staff writer recruited by Funny or Die.
In addition to his writing, he gained recognition for his recurring role on the Adult Swim series Childrens Hospital, portrayed Scotty on ABC's Happy Endings, and played Danny on NBC's Go On. His television credits also include frequent appearances on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, HBO’s Funny or Die Presents, and MTV's Damage Control.
Morris has guest-starred on numerous comedy shows, such as Curb Your Enthusiasm, Parks and Recreation, and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, and featured in films like The Dictator and Step Brothers. He was the star of the comedic web series First Dates with Toby Harris in 2012, produced by Yahoo! and Funny or Die. A prolific contributor to Funny Or Die, Morris is also known for his recurring character Bob Ducca on the Comedy Bang! Bang! podcast and television series. His own podcast, Affirmation Nation with Bob Ducca, began in 2011 and ran for 144 episodes. He contributed to the Comedy Central sketch series Kroll Show and was featured in Hulu's The Hotwives of Orlando.
