Barnard's contributions to the field of nutrition are reflected in his extensive body of work, including influential research papers and bestselling books such as "Breaking the Food Seduction" (2003), "Dr. Neal Barnard’s Program for Reversing Diabetes" (2007), and "The Cancer Survivor’s Guide" (2008).
