Chayanne
Elmer Figueroa de Arce, widely recognized as Chayanne, hails from Puerto Rico and is the middle child in a family of five. He shares his life with his wife, Mariana Elizabeth "Marilisa" Maronesa de Figueroa, and they have two children: Lorenzo Valentino and Isadora Sofia. Chayanne's musical journey began at the tender age of ten when he joined the boy band "Los Chicos," reminiscent of Menudo. Over the years, he has released a total of 14 albums, including five with Los Chicos and nine as a solo artist, all primarily in Spanish.
Chayanne's talents extend beyond music; he has made significant contributions to television and film. He gained fame for his roles in several popular telenovelas, including "Pobre Juventud," "Tormento," "Sombras del Pasado," "Provocame," and "Gabriel." His film debut came in Jacobo Morales' "Linda Sara," where he starred alongside former Miss Universe, Dayanara Torres. Chayanne also ventured into English-language cinema with "Dance With Me," showcasing his charisma and dance skills.
