Mitch Eakins
Mitch Eakins hails from Wilmington, North Carolina, where he cultivated his passion for acting under the guidance of the esteemed Lucile McIntyre, who inspired him to pursue a career in the performing arts. Eakins excelled academically, graduating at the top of his class with a Film Studies degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He furthered his training at the Stella Adler Studio in New York City and became a member of the BGB studio in Los Angeles in 2017. Eakins gained recognition as an original cast member of Los Angeles' longest-running play, Point Break Live, and portrayed Goose in the parody Tom Gun Live. He also appeared as the charming yet treacherous Major William Bradford in AMC's Turn: Washington's Spies for two seasons. In April 2020, he featured in at least eight episodes as Detective Tommy Roberts in Antonie Fuqua's thriller #freerayshawn. Outside of acting, Mitch is a passionate surfer, devoted husband to actress Melanie Minichino, and a strong advocate for ocean conservation.
