Yayan Ruhian

Yayan Ruhian, born on October 19, 1968, in Tasikmalaya, West Java, has made a significant mark in the world of martial arts. His journey began with a deep fascination for Pencak Silat, which led him to become a professional martial arts instructor. In addition to his expertise in combat techniques, Ruhian is recognized for his proficiency in an inner breathing technique that enhances the body’s resilience against physical impact.

In 1988, he commenced his teaching career at Perguruan Silat Tenaga Dasar Indonesia, a school dedicated to the Inner Breathing Technique of Silat.
