Rhodri Meilir
Rhodri Meilir is a talented Welsh actor hailing from Mold, Clwyd, Wales. His educational journey took him through Ysgol Maes Garmon in Mold and the Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies at Aberystwyth University.
Meilir is perhaps best recognized for his portrayal of Alfie Butts in the beloved BBC sitcom "My Family." His impressive television repertoire includes notable appearances in acclaimed series such as "Afterlife" and the adaptation of Terry Pratchett's "Hogfather" on Sky One. His film credits are equally noteworthy, featuring in "The Baker" and the 2014 historical drama "Pride," directed by Matthew Warchus. In 2006, he made a memorable guest appearance in the "Doctor Who" episode titled "The Runaway Bride," and in 2015, he took part in the remake of Dylan Thomas' classic "Under Milk Wood"/"Dan y Wenallt."
A familiar face on Welsh television, Meilir has showcased his versatility in a wide array of series, including "Y Pris," "Caerdydd," "Teulu," "Tipyn o Stad," "Cyw," and "Y Gwyll."
