Cesar Manhilot, better known in the entertainment industry as Cesar Montano, was born on August 1, 1962, in the Philippines. He has established himself as a prominent actor, film producer, and director in his country.
Montano's journey in the entertainment world began as a commercial model, eventually leading him to act in various low-budget films. His significant breakthrough came when he took on major roles in action films and starred in the popular television sitcom "Kaya ni Mister, Kaya ni Misis." His portrayal of the iconic Philippine hero, José Rizal, in the critically acclaimed film "José Rizal" in 1998 is one of his most celebrated performances. He also made his mark internationally with a role in the war film "The Great Raid" in 2005.
