Adeele Jaago

Adeele Jaago, born Adeele Sepp on November 10, 1989, in Kuressaare, Saaremaa, Estonia, is a talented actress renowned for her contributions to stage, film, and television. She experienced her parents' divorce at the age of twelve, which marked a significant turning point in her early life. After completing her secondary education at Tõrva Gymnasium in 2008, she briefly studied semiotics at the University of Tartu before shifting her focus to drama at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy, where she graduated with honors in 2013.

Jaago's acting career took off in 2010 with her lead role as Elen in the notable student film "Tudengimuusikal," directed by Richard Meitern and Martin Liira. This musical-romantic film captures the journey of a teenager transitioning from her father’s home in Tallinn to university life in Tartu, exploring themes of independence, friendship, and romance, all set against a backdrop of engaging musical performances. It holds the distinction of being Estonia’s most expensive student film.
