Dennis Overeem

Dennis Overeem, a talented writer, director, and actor, was born in 1971 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. His career spans multiple facets of the entertainment industry, having appeared in various drama and comedy television series, as well as theater productions. For a decade, Overeem honed his skills as a casting director at Kemna Casting in Amsterdam, where he gained valuable insights into the intricacies of talent selection and storytelling.

In pursuit of further development in his craft, Overeem moved to Los Angeles, where he studied acting under the renowned Ivana Chubbuck. This experience fueled his aspirations to transition into writing and directing upon his return to the Netherlands. Since the summer of 2010, he has successfully written and directed four comedy series, alongside producing several short films that showcase his unique comedic voice.

As of now, Overeem is engaged in creating a variety of television series and film scripts, continuing to contribute to the vibrant landscape of Dutch cinema and television.
