Sarinrat Thomas, affectionately known as Jear, is a multifaceted professional in the fields of drama therapy, acting, and self-development. She has established herself as an actress, acting coach, model, MC, and facilitator of workshops focused on personal growth. In 2000, she completed her training and became a certified drama therapist in the United Kingdom, holding a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling.

In 2017, Sarinrat relocated to York, UK, where she continued to pursue her diverse interests in the performing arts and therapy. Her work extends beyond the therapeutic realm; she also gained recognition for her role as an operating nurse in the critically acclaimed film "The Impossible," released in 2012.
