Linnea Eleanor "Bunny" Yeager was a renowned American photographer and pin-up model known for her innovative contributions to the world of photography. Born on March 13, 1929, she relocated to Florida at the age of 17. After completing high school, Bunny pursued modeling at the Coronet Modeling School and Agency, quickly gaining recognition by winning several local beauty contests, which established her as one of Miami's most sought-after models. Her captivating images graced the pages of over 300 newspapers and magazines.

In 1953, seeking to economize by capturing her own modeling photographs, Bunny embarked on a journey into photography, enrolling in a night class at a vocational school. Her professional career took off when Eye magazine featured her first school assignment—a striking image of Maria Stinger—on its March 1954 cover. Bunny became known for her technical prowess, particularly her pioneering use of fill flash to enhance outdoor photography and her preference for natural light settings.

In a landmark moment for both her career and the pin-up genre, Bunny discovered the iconic Bettie Page in 1954. Her photograph of Page donning a fur-trimmed Santa hat as the centerfold for the January 1955 special holiday issue of "Playboy" helped solidify Page's status as a cultural icon. Throughout her career, Bunny's work appeared in numerous men's magazines, and she authored over 20 books on photography, leaving an indelible mark on the field.
