Yoshiko Sakakibara (榊原 良子, Sakakibara Yoshiko), born on May 31, 1956, in Senzoku, Taitō City, Tokyo, is a distinguished Japanese actress, voice actress (seiyuu), and narrator. Raised in Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture, she embarked on her career in voice acting with her debut role as Furōre in the anime "God Mars." Over the years, she has gained recognition for her versatile performances in various iconic characters.
Sakakibara’s impressive portfolio includes notable roles such as Lady Armaroid in "Space Adventure Cobra," Kushana in the acclaimed Studio Ghibli film "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind," and Haman Karn in both "Mobile Suit Z Gundam" and "Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ."
