T. Max Graham, known professionally as Neil Graham Moran, was born on September 2, 1941, in Kansas City, Missouri. His most notable performances include 'Fat Charlie' in the acclaimed "Adam-12" episode "Who Won?" (1972), 'The Boss' in David Lynch's iconic horror film "Eraserhead" (1977), and 'Chief Pappas' in the Stephen King adaptation "Sometimes They Come Back" (1991).
