Daniel Tirado
Daniel Tirado is a talented comedian, actor, and writer based in New York City, originally from Montreal. He pursued his education at McGill University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and Religion before relocating to NYC to hone his acting skills at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre. Shortly after embarking on his stand-up comedy journey, Daniel made a significant entrance into the comedy scene by performing at the prestigious Montreal Just For Laughs festival, just six months into his career. Since that breakthrough, he has become a familiar face at the festival, participating in various shows, including the celebrated Best of the Fest.
Daniel's versatility as a performer is highlighted by his ability to entertain audiences in both English and French, making him one of the few comedians to have showcased at Juste Pour Rire, the French counterpart of Just For Laughs. His talent has earned him recognition as a Top Ten Finalist at the StandUp NBC showcase and participation in notable events such as the Laughing Skull Comedy Festival and The Big Sky Comedy Festival, which evaluates thousands of submissions for emerging talent.
In addition to his stand-up career, Daniel has toured with renowned comedian Gad Elmaleh on "The Dream Tour." His film and television credits include roles in NBC's "10.5: Apocalypse," "Let the Game Begin" alongside Steven Baldwin and Michael Madsen, and the award-winning short film "The Rip-Off," showcasing his diverse range as a performer.
