Aidan Mitchell

Aidan Daley Mitchell, born on October 4, 1993, in the vicinity of Boston, Massachusetts, is a prominent American actor known for his work in both film and television. After spending his early childhood in Massachusetts, his family moved to Galway, Ireland, when he was just 3½ years old. It was here that he first showcased his acting talent, making his debut in a stage production of *Oliver!* at the Town Hall Theatre.

In 2004, when Mitchell was 11, his family returned to the United States, settling in San Diego, California. Shortly thereafter, he and his mother moved to Hollywood, where he landed his first film role as a young British boy in *The TV Set*. His career quickly gained momentum when he starred as Nate Gibbs in the critically acclaimed feature film *Country Remedy*, which earned him the accolade of "Best Child Actor in a Supporting Role" at the 2007 International Family Film Festival in Los Angeles.

Mitchell's most notable performance came in the FX series *The Riches*, where he played Sam, the young son of the characters Wayne and Dahlia Malloy, who is known for his unique cross-dressing storyline. Recently, he has expressed interest in portraying the character Artemis Fowl in an upcoming film adaptation, which has yet to announce its cast.
