Yumi Kakazu
Yumi Kakazu, known in Japanese as 嘉数 由美, was born on June 18, 1973, in Kamifukuoka, Saitama, Japan, which is now part of Fujimino. A talented voice actress, she began her career with Genki Project but transitioned to freelance work in August 2009. As of April 1, 2022, she has been affiliated with Aoni Production. With a blood type of O and being a Gemini, Yumi has a keen interest in geography and is an avid supporter of both The Checkers music group and the Saitama Seibu Lions baseball team, particularly admiring players such as Kazuhiro Kiyohara, Koji Akiyama, and Hiromichi Ishige.
Throughout her career, Yumi has lent her voice to a variety of anime series, frequently collaborating with fellow voice actor Yoshino Hiroyuki. She shares a birthday with her Sister Princess co-star Kobayashi Yumiko and has developed friendships with notable singers like Misato Aki and Satou Hiromi.
