Kathryn Card (October 4, 1892 – March 1, 1964) was a talented American actress known for her work in radio, television, and film, with her most memorable role being Mrs. MacGillicuddy, Lucy's mother, on the iconic show I Love Lucy.

Card's cinematic journey began in 1945 when she portrayed Louise in the film Kiss and Tell, featuring Shirley Temple. The following year, she acted alongside notable stars Robert Taylor, Katharine Hepburn, and Robert Mitchum in Undercurrent. In 1949, she made an impression with a brief, uncredited role as a polite loan processor in The Reckless Moment, starring Joan Bennett.

Her television debut occurred on February 8, 1954, in the I Love Lucy episode "Fan Magazine Interview," where she played a character named Minnie Finch. The next year, she took on the beloved role of Mrs. MacGillicuddy, who often amusedly confused Ricky Ricardo by calling him "Mickey" or mistaking him for bandleader Xavier Cugat. Card appeared as Mrs. MacGillicuddy in eight episodes across two seasons, but the character was absent when the Ricardos and the Mertzes relocated to Connecticut. She made her final appearance as Mrs. MacGillicuddy in the 1959 episode "The Ricardos Go to Japan" of The Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Show.

Beyond I Love Lucy, Card guest-starred in various shows, including Perry Mason, Make Room for Daddy, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, and Rawhide. Her last film role came in the 1964 musical The Unsinkable Molly Brown.
