Belinda Emmett
Belinda Emmett was a talented Australian actress and singer, celebrated for her impactful performances in popular television series. She gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Rebecca Fisher/Nash in the long-running drama "Home and Away" and later starred as Jodi Horner in "All Saints." Belinda’s career, however, faced a significant challenge when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 24 in 1998.
During her treatment, which involved surgery to remove a malignant tumor followed by six weeks of radiotherapy, she temporarily stepped away from her role in "Home and Away," with the character being portrayed by Megan Connolly in her absence.
