Matt William Knowles is a prominent American actor recognized for his contributions to both Hollywood and the Chinese film industry. Hailing from South Carolina, Knowles initially pursued a career in football until an injury shifted his focus. Seeking a new direction, he relocated to a rural area in China to engage in humanitarian efforts, where he taught and volunteered in underserved communities. His life took an unexpected turn when he was discovered at a karaoke venue, which opened doors to his acting career in China.
Fluent in Mandarin, Knowles rapidly emerged as a leading foreign actor in the Chinese market, showcasing his talent in various television series and films.
