Shelby Chong

Shelby Chong, born Shelby Fiddis on February 1, 1948, is a multifaceted American comedian, actress, and film producer. With a career spanning decades, she made significant contributions to the entertainment industry, particularly in the comedy sphere. Shelby served as executive producer for the 2003 film *Best Buds* and held the role of associate producer on several iconic Cheech & Chong films, including *The Corsican Brothers* (1984), *Still Smokin'* (1983), *Things Are Tough All Over* (1982), and *Nice Dreams* (1981).

In addition to her production work, Shelby has showcased her acting talent, most notably portraying "Nancy Reynolds" in the 1993 film *Sandman*. As the spouse of renowned comedian Tommy Chong, she initially joined him as his opening act from 1996 to 2000, which eventually blossomed into a comedic partnership.
