Brandon Victor Dixon, born on September 23, 1981, is a multifaceted American actor, singer, and theatrical producer, recognized for his impactful contributions to the world of musical theater.

Dixon gained prominence on Broadway with his Tony-nominated performances as Harpo in the acclaimed 2005 musical *The Color Purple* and as Eubie Blake in *Shuffle Along, or, the Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed* (2016). He also originated the pivotal role of Berry Gordy Jr. in *Motown: The Musical* (2013), an achievement that earned a Grammy nomination for Best Musical Theater Album. In 2016, he took on the iconic role of Aaron Burr in the Broadway production of *Hamilton*, further solidifying his reputation in the theater community.
