Darius Rucker
Darius Carlos Rucker, born on May 13, 1966, is a multifaceted American musician, renowned for his contributions as a singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He rose to prominence as the frontman of the rock group Hootie & the Blowfish, which he co-founded in 1986 while attending the University of South Carolina alongside fellow bandmates Mark Bryan, Jim "Soni" Sonefeld, and Dean Felber.
