Brad Hawkins
Brad Hawkins, born on January 13, 1976, is a multifaceted American actor, country music artist, and martial artist. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Ryan Steele in Saban's action-packed series VR Troopers, which aired from 1994 to 1996 and featured a total of 92 episodes. Hawkins also showcased his acting abilities in the critically acclaimed 2014 film Boyhood. His early voice work includes an uncredited role as Trey of Triforia, the Gold Ranger, in Power Rangers Zeo.
Before his rise in the entertainment industry, Hawkins graduated from Plano Senior High School in Plano, Texas. He ventured into country music, spending three years in Nashville, where he achieved notable success with his hit song "We Lose," which topped the charts as a video on Country Music Television and Great American Country.
In 2003, he took on a role in the slasher film Shredder, further diversifying his filmography. More recently, Hawkins lent his motion capture talents to id Software's highly anticipated Doom 4. He also has a strong presence in voice acting, frequently collaborating with Funimation on projects such as D.Gray-man and Dragonaut: The Resonance.
