His career began with a small part in "The Naked Gun 33 1/3" and later expanded to significant contributions, including serving as a stage producer for Mel Brooks' acclaimed musical "The Producers." Originally from Brooklyn, Roe established his production company, Clear Concepts, in Denver, which ultimately relocated to Mexico as he explored directing.

After selling Clear Concepts, Roe moved to Los Angeles, where he engaged in commercial projects while continuing to take on supporting roles in films. His performances from the late 1980s to the early 2000s included appearances in notable films such as "The Puppet Master" (1989), "Child's Play 2" (1990), "Improper Conduct" (1994), and "Black Scorpion" (1995).
