Trevor Bolder was a talented bassist whose musical journey began in 1970 when he teamed up with guitarist Mick Ronson in the band Ronno, emerging from the vibrant local music scene. Bolder's career took a significant turn in 1971 when he joined David Bowie, contributing to the iconic album *Hunky Dory*. This collaboration, alongside Ronson and drummer Woody Woodmansey, set the stage for the groundbreaking 1972 release, *The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars*. This album propelled Bowie and his bandmates to global fame.

Bolder continued to showcase his musical prowess on subsequent Bowie albums, including *Aladdin Sane* and *Pin-Ups*.
