Eleni Electra Anousaki, born on May 1, 1944, in Athens, is a celebrated Greek actress and politician. She is the daughter of renowned actress Malaina Anousaki and Evangelos Anousakis, a prominent tenor known for his work in revue. Eleni made her film debut at the tender age of six in the 1950 movie *I Sinned for My Child*, where she played a small role alongside her father.

Her passion for acting led her to enroll in the Drama School of the National Theatre at just 16, quickly recognized for her exceptional talent. Although she faced challenges, including expulsion following her role in *The Red Traffic Lights*, she was reinstated thanks to director Thanos Kotsopoulos. Simultaneously, she received an invitation from FOX to further her studies at Cinecittà, where she learned from industry greats such as Carol Reed, Rex Harrison, and Monica Vitti. Though she didn’t complete her formal training, she landed a significant role in Reed's film *Agony and Ecstasy*.
