Robert Capron

Robert Capron, born on July 9, 1998, is an American actor known for his role as Rowley Jefferson, the best friend of Greg Heffley in the film adaptation of "Diary of a Wimpy Kid." He began his acting career with a role in the romantic comedy "Bride Wars" before making appearances in "Hachiko: A Dog's Story" and Disney's "The Sorcerer's Apprentice." Notably, his mother, Kaye Capron, portrayed his character's mother in "Diary of a Wimpy Kid." Capron is a resident of Scituate, Rhode Island. Currently, he is preparing for an upcoming performance in Dundee, where he is undergoing dance training set to the tune of "Intergalactic" by the Beastie Boys.
