Mariela Garriga
Mariela Garriga is a talented Cuban actress known for her diverse roles in both film and television. Born in Havana, Cuba, she began her artistic journey in her teenage years, contributing to various theater and television productions, including the renowned “Cuban Television Ballet.” In pursuit of furthering her craft, Garriga moved to Italy in 2009, where she honed her skills at the Michael Rodgers Acting Studio in Milan. She later expanded her training in New York at the Terry Schreiber Studio and The Actors Studio.
Garriga's Italian career features notable performances in films such as *Gli Uomini d’Oro,* directed by Vincent Alfieri, and the comedy *Chi m’ha visto,* helmed by Alessandro Pondi. She gained recognition for her recurring role in the Italian television series *I delitti del Barlume,* directed by Roan Johnson, and was a series regular on *The Last Defectors* during 2017-2018.
In the realm of film, she appeared in the Blumhouse Productions thriller *Bloodline* (2018), alongside Seann William Scott, and participated in the horror anthology *Nightmare Cinema* (2018). Her television credits also include roles on *NCIS: Los Angeles* and *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,* as well as a part in the biopic series *Bosé* for Paramount+.
Most recently, Garriga made her debut in the *Mission: Impossible* franchise with *Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One* (2023) and is set to reprise her role as Marie in the upcoming *Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning* (2025).
