Elizabeth Lawrence (September 6, 1922 – June 11, 2000) was an accomplished American actress renowned for her extensive work in television and film. She achieved significant fame for her portrayal of Myra Murdock Sloane on the beloved soap opera All My Children, a role she held from 1979 until 1991, which solidified her place in daytime television history.

Lawrence’s talent extended beyond All My Children, as she appeared in several other daytime dramas including Guiding Light, As the World Turns, A World Apart, and The Road of Life.
