**Tom Jenkins: A Journey from Drums to the Spotlight**

Tom Jenkins began his journey with dreams of becoming either an FBI agent or a rock star. However, at the tender age of 8, he discovered that the former required advanced math skills and ill-fitting suits, prompting him to pursue music instead. He spent his early years playing the drums in a range of rock and jazz bands, cultivating a passion for performance.

Originally from Kentucky and raised in West Virginia, Tom's parents often encouraged him with the phrase, "Son, you have nowhere to go but up." They secretly hoped he would venture out, which he did after completing college, moving to Florida where he caught the acting bug, alongside the local wildlife.

After perfecting his craft in Florida and making a guest appearance on Nickelodeon’s ‘Clarissa Explains It All,’ Tom relocated to Los Angeles. His comedic talents earned him descriptions such as "amusingly limber," "familiar to my dog," and "the thinking woman's crumpet"—a title he particularly enjoys.

With an illustrious career spanning over 50 commercials for national brands like Allstate, Ford, and Hallmark, Tom has also appeared on popular television shows including ‘Criminal Minds’ and ‘Days of Our Lives’ (four times!). He has taken part in various film shorts, showcasing his ability to bring a relatable charm to every role. Tom Jenkins continues to seek opportunities to share his everyman appeal with audiences everywhere.
