Evelin Võigemast, born Evelin Pang on May 22, 1980, in Tallinn, Estonia, is a distinguished actress and singer known for her dynamic performances across stage, film, television, and voice work. She is the daughter of Valdur and Eda Pang, and has a brother named Margus. Evelin completed her secondary education at Tallinn School No. 49 (now Tallinn Arte Gymnasium) in 1998 and also graduated from the Tallinn Children's Music School, where she honed her piano skills.

In 1998, she pursued her passion for acting at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater, where she studied under the guidance of Elmo Nüganen, graduating in 2002 alongside notable classmates such as Priit Võigemast and Hele Kõrve. Following her graduation, she joined the Tallinn City Theatre, where she remains an integral part of the ensemble. Her theatrical repertoire spans works by esteemed playwrights like Shakespeare, Chekhov, and Tennessee Williams, showcasing her versatility.

Võigemast gained recognition in the film industry with her debut in the 2002 film *Nimed marmortahvlil* (Names in Marble) and later starred in various productions, including *Stiilipidu* (Shop of Dreams) and *Vee peal* (On the Water). Notably, she became the voice of Lotte in the beloved Estonian animated series, which led to the establishment of the Lottemaa theme park.
