Dreißig’s artistic journey began in her school days, where she developed a strong affinity for dance and pursued formal training. After completing her Abitur, she initially embarked on a career as a restorer of paintings and sculptures within the Lüchow-Dannenberg museum association but soon realized her true calling lay in acting. From 1998 to 2001, she honed her craft at the esteemed acting school "Der Kreis" (Fritz-Kirchhoff-Schule), leading to her first stage engagement at the Orphtheater Berlin in the production "Katzen haben sieben Leben."

Her theatrical repertoire expanded with performances at notable venues, including the Schillertheater-Werkstatt in "Sucking Dublin" and the Schaubühne in "The Vagina Monologues."
