Benton Jennings

Benton Jennings embarked on his acting journey at the tender age of seven, captivating audiences as his childhood idol, "Robin Hood," in a school production. Fast forward three decades, and he had the extraordinary opportunity to portray the iconic character once more in a professional theater setting, where he also took on the role of fight choreographer. As a proud third-generation Texan, Benton realized another childhood aspiration by appearing in not one, but two films centered around the Alamo.

He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Arts from Texas Christian University, complemented by further studies in cinematography. His educational journey includes prestigious institutions such as the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, The Film Actors Lab in Dallas, and various voice-over coaches in Los Angeles, including DeVera Marcus' Improv Class.

Benton's extensive career boasts over 100 stage performances and national tours. Notably, he spent 25 years as part of the acclaimed sketch comedy duo, "The Gunfighters," delivering more than 6,000 performances across the country. His impressive journey has seen him share the stage with legends like Tony Randall at Madison Square Garden and Clayton Moore, known for his role as The Lone Ranger, at a Texas festival. Benton's dedication to his craft and diverse experiences underscore his remarkable contribution to the performing arts.
