Glenn Speers

Glenn Speers is a talented actor hailing from Northern Ireland, currently residing in New York City, with additional ties to London, Dublin, and Belfast. He gained significant recognition as part of the original Broadway cast of the critically acclaimed play, The Ferryman, directed by the esteemed Sam Mendes. Glenn’s extensive career spans various forms of media, showcasing his versatility in television, film, theater, commercials, and voiceover work.

On television, he has appeared in popular series such as Doctor Who and Ripper Street, both produced by the BBC, as well as the cult favorite Misfits. His film credits include notable Irish productions like Perrier's Bounty, featuring Cillian Murphy and Brendan Gleeson, and the poignant drama Noble. Glenn also starred in the celebrated Roddy Doyle musical comedy The Commitments at London’s Palace Theatre, under the direction of Jamie Lloyd.

In 2017, he was a key member of the cast for The Ferryman at the Gielgud Theatre, which received an Oliver Award for its excellence. The following year, he transitioned to Broadway, where the production won four Tony Awards, including Best Play.
