Jason Done, born on April 5, 1973, is a distinguished English actor celebrated for his compelling performances on television. He gained significant recognition for his portrayal of Mordred in the 1998 miniseries Merlin, alongside Sam Neill. However, he is perhaps most widely known for his role as Stephen Snow in the ITV drama Where The Heart Is, where he took over the character in its third season in 1999 from William Ash. Done expertly depicted Stephen, the son of Peggy and Vic Snow, throughout the series' third, fourth, and part of the fifth seasons, until Stephen's departure from the fictional town of Skelthwaite.

In 2006, Done joined the BBC One drama Waterloo Road as Tom Clarkson, a dedicated schoolteacher. His tenure on the show lasted until 2013, making him the second longest-serving cast member. Tom's dramatic exit in the eighth season's finale involved a shocking fall from the school roof while saving a troubled student, leaving a lasting impact on viewers.

Beyond these iconic roles, Done has appeared in various other productions, including Casualty in 2014, and the ITV drama Lewis. He also featured in the critically acclaimed series Vera and Paranoid in 2016, and made a guest appearance in Coronation Street in 2017. With a career spanning over two decades, Jason Done continues to be a prominent figure in the British television landscape.
