Jean Piat (September 23, 1924 – September 18, 2018) was a celebrated French actor and writer whose contributions to the performing arts have left a lasting legacy. Born in Lannoy, Nord, Piat began his illustrious career when he joined the prestigious Comédie-Française on September 1, 1947.
