Biography:
Sarah Carter is celebrated for her impressive acting career, and she made her debut as a feature director with "In Her Name," which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2022. Originally from Canada, Sarah honed her skills in theater, dance, and fine arts at Ryerson University in Toronto. Upon moving to Los Angeles, she quickly gained recognition for her acting, landing several prominent roles in long-running television series. She is particularly known for her portrayal of "Madeleine Poe" alongside James Woods in CBS's "Shark," directed by Spike Lee, and more recently for her lead role as "Harper Deakins" in the series "Rogue," where she starred alongside Cole Hauser and Richard Schiff.

Having spent over a decade working and traveling solo as an actor, Sarah cherishes her ability to connect and communicate across different languages and cultures. A dedicated Buddhist and yogini, she has received professional training in core energetics and has achieved teaching status under Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes in story analysis and archetypal channeling. Sarah thoughtfully integrates her mystical experiences into her diverse body of work.

In addition to her roles as an accomplished actor, director, writer, and producer, she is a devoted mother and a singer/songwriter in her band, "SanguinDrake."
