Ian S. Peterson

Ian S. Peterson is a celebrated artist hailing from Silicon Valley, California, whose diverse talents have made him a prominent figure in the performing arts. Beginning his artistic journey at just seven years old, Ian honed a variety of skills, including card magic, juggling, and unicycling. His formative years in the Bay Area allowed him to engage in over 50 local productions, where he discovered his passion for improvisational theater. As president of his high school's International Thespian Society (ITS), he directed and performed with several improv troupes, solidifying his dedication to the craft.

In pursuit of higher education, Ian successfully auditioned for multiple BFA Acting programs, ultimately joining the California Institute of the Arts' Class of 2022. By 2024, he was making strides as a professional actor in Los Angeles, becoming SAG-eligible. Since entering the industry in 2020, he has logged over 1,000 days on set, contributing to both union and non-union projects. His commercial work features high-profile clients such as Google, Meta, Vogue, Microsoft, Samsung, and Netflix.

In addition to acting, Ian is an accomplished Director of Photography (DP) and Gaffer, earning a nomination for Best Cinematography at Cannes Shorts. A USCG Captain, he enjoys sailing and engages in various creative pursuits, including filmmaking, fitness, unicycling, music, and graphic design. Ian's multifaceted career and diverse interests reflect his passion and dedication to the arts.
