Nozomi Bando
Nozomi Bando is a multifaceted Japanese performer, recognized for her talents as a dancer, fashion model, and actress. Born in Tokyo in 1997, she is the youngest member of the popular groups Flower and E-girls, and has been represented by the entertainment agency LDH throughout her career.
Bando's artistic journey began early; she started classical ballet at the age of three, taking lessons at the Masako Ono Ballet Studio. She expanded her repertoire by embracing hip-hop dance in elementary school, further honing her skills at the Exile Professional Gym (EXPG) in Tokyo.
Her modeling career took off in 2010 when she debuted in the fashion magazine Hanachu, remaining an exclusive model until her temporary hiatus the following year. In 2011, she joined Flower and E-girls after successfully passing the dance performance section of the Exile Presents Vocal Battle Audition 3: For Girls. That same year, she became an exclusive model for Seventeen after winning the Miss Seventeen 2011 contest alongside peers like Shinkawa Yua and Nakajo Ayumi. Flower debuted later that year with the single "Still."
Bando ventured into acting in 2012 with her appearance in the Kansai Telecasting Corporation series GTO. After graduating from Seventeen in 2015 and with the eventual disbandment of Flower in 2019, she continued her focus on modeling and acting, especially following the announcement of E-girls' disbandment in late 2020.
