Corinne Le Poulain
Corinne Le Poulain (May 26, 1948 – February 10, 2015) was a notable French actress renowned for her captivating performances throughout her career. As the niece of the esteemed actor Jean Le Poulain, she made a significant mark in the film industry, particularly with her role opposite Jean Marais in the provocative film La Provocation, released in 1969.
Le Poulain gained immense popularity in the 1970s, especially for her portrayal of Sally in the beloved television series Sam & Sally. Her talent shone brightly in the adaptation of Honoré de Balzac's work, Splendeurs et misères des courtisanes, which further solidified her status as a prominent actress of her time.
Later in her career, she made a notable comeback, playing the character Gloria, a lesbian lover to Claude Jade, in Jean-Pierre Mocky’s film Bonsoir. In the years leading up to her passing, she embraced the role of a recurring character in the widely viewed television series Plus belle la vie, which began airing in 2005.
