Elisavet Moutafi, whose full name is Elisavet Moutaftsi, was born on November 13, 1976, in Thessaloniki, Greece. She embarked on her acting career in 2000 with her television debut in the mystery thriller "Secret Routes" on Alpha Channel, where she portrayed Niki, a young journalist delving into various public interest mysteries alongside co-stars Marinos Desyllas and Nikos Psarras. Unfortunately, the series concluded prematurely in 2001 after just eight episodes due to conflicts between the production company and the network.

In the same year, Moutafi joined the cast of the second season of "Aerines siopes" on Mega Channel, again playing a journalist who finds romance with a pilot. She also appeared in the films "My Best Friend," directed by Lakis Lazopoulos and Yorgos Lanthimos, and "Brasilero."

Her career continued to flourish in the 2003-2004 season with a prominent role in "With a View of the Sea," and from 2004-2007, she starred in "Vera to Right," gaining significant recognition for her role as singer Elsa Saranti. Moutafi made guest appearances in "The Stories of Policeman Beka" and "The Red Room" during this time.

She reunited with writers Akrita and Kyritsis for the comedy "If You Were Here I Would Have Divorced You" in 2007-2008, followed by a role in "Who's Catching Us!" the next season. After a hiatus, she returned in December 2011 with "Stolen Dreams," portraying Alexandra Valatou until 2015.
