Walker gained widespread recognition as the lead guitarist for the influential post-punk band Killing Joke. He became a member of the group in March 1979, and his initial recording with them was released later that same year in December. The band’s self-titled debut album followed in October 1980, marking the start of a prolific career. Over the years, Walker contributed to the recording of 15 studio albums with Killing Joke, solidifying their legacy in the music industry. In addition to his primary role in the band, he explored various side-projects, showcasing his versatility and creativity.
