**Biography of Sam Rahmani**

Samya Rahmani, born in London, England to Iraqi parents, spent her formative years in Canada and Jordan. Her passion for acting ignited at just 11 years old when she landed a minor role in the classic musical "Guys & Dolls." Throughout her high school and university years, she remained deeply involved in theatre, honing her craft at the Vancouver Academy of Dramatic Arts and the prestigious William Esper Studio in New York City.

Her breakthrough in film and television came with the short film "Child Bride," which was featured at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner. Rahmani's diverse roles include portraying Lamma in the Apple TV+ anthology series "Little America," Zadi in the Hulu Original comedy "Woke," and guest appearances on popular series like The CW's "Riverdale" and "Charmed." She can also be seen in Netflix's "The Night Agent" and "Firefly Lane," as well as AMC's "Lucky Hank." Recently, she has taken on significant roles in two upcoming feature films and is a series lead in the acclaimed TV show "New Baghdad."

Fluent in Arabic, Rahmani is adept in both the Iraqi and Levantine dialects and also speaks French, proudly embracing her love for French culture. Her multilingual abilities and acting prowess continue to set her apart in the entertainment industry.
