Paul O'Bryan hails from Dublin, Ireland, where he spent his formative years in the suburb of Tallaght. His journey into acting began at the young age of 16 when he secured a spot at the Bull Alley Theatre Training Company, marking the start of his artistic career.

After honing his craft, Paul embarked on a professional journey that saw him perform in various productions throughout Ireland, as well as during his time in New Zealand. In October 2020, Paul furthered his training by graduating from The Bow Street Academy for Screen Acting, a prestigious institution that has helped shape many successful actors.
