Russell Moore
Russell D. Moore, born on October 9, 1971, is a prominent American theologian, ethicist, and preacher known for his influential role in contemporary Christian thought. In June 2021, he took on the position of director for the Public Theology Project at Christianity Today, a significant platform for discussing the intersection of faith and culture. His leadership was further solidified when he was appointed Editor-in-Chief of the magazine on August 4, 2022.
Moore's previous tenure as president of the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, the public-policy division of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), showcased his commitment to addressing pressing moral and ethical issues within the context of the church and society.
